Harborne Post Office

Horrible post office. There is a short haired blonde, middle aged woman who works there with a terrible attitude and tone when speaking to people. Not only have I witnessed her be rude and horrible to me and screaming but I have also seen her behave this way with other people. She is racist and speaks to you in a nasty manner. Other staff at this post office are too faced and rude too but this woman is a terrible bully. She never apologised to me and refused to believe she was wrong. Stay away from this post office.

Very rude lady serving at 14.55 today. Rolling eyes, unwarranted comments, unclear explanations - and felt distinctly racially motivated in view of attitude. Deliberate or subconscious - I am uncertain. Very poor service really. Have put in a formal complaint.

Absolutely disgraceful service, paid for a service and wasn't delivered, made numerous 20 mile journeys and waiting in the ques, just to be told to be patient and try tomorrow. Anyways, 3 months on and still no joy. Avoid at all cost

Great local post office with a WH Smiths inside that has all your needs. Good friendly staff and a full selection of magazines for everyone's taste.
