Unlike other local post offices, there is rarely a queue here as they are both very fast and efficient.
In the course of my business i need to visit a post office on a regular basis and found this one to be the best in the area.

The first 2 times I went inside I requested 2nd class for everything and clearly mentioned "2nd class" everytime I placed each parcel on the scales, I was charged 1st class for all parcels and staff couldn't do anything as labels and proof of postage were already printed.
I charge my buyers 2nd class accordingly and made a loss in postage fees. The difference in pricing between 1st and 2nd class for several parcels add up to a large amount. Not what I needed when at the time I was helping friends and family struggling financially during covid.
The 3rd time I went inside, I had a few parcels to send to the UK and one to USA. Despite being charged correctly on the parcels as requested, the staff serving did proof of postage to all the UK parcels and never gave any proofs to the USA parcel. I understand it was posted by standard and worth less then 50, however all other Post Offices always automatically give proof of postage to all overseas parcels with the expection of large/small letters. I had worries for weeks of the buyer making a false claim and I have no proof which will result in loosing both the item, postage, packing materials and money on item.
Due the errors from the staff side 3 times, I will no longer be using this Post Office. I understand we are all human and make mistakes, but there is always an error or something goes wrong everytime which 3 times is more then enough chances given.
