Pottery Road Post Office

Went in to this post office a couple times to return parcels and the service is awful. They have no people skills yet alone customer service skills. They need some training.

Don't know what these people are talking about, everyone in the area knows G and the people in the rest of the shop, always friendly, get everything done easily.

Have used this post office for over a year. Guy behind the counter of the post office is incredibly rude. Asked a question about the service and he made me feel stupid for even asking. Makes you feel like youre doing something wrong by even using them. Hope he finds a different line of work as he clearly doesnt enjoy this one. Would rate zero if I could.

Definitely agree with majority of reviewers, I would give zero stars if i could. Unfriendly staff, with non existent courtesy manners. I now actually travel a bit further to use another post office whos staff actually appreciates you using their services.
