        Visited the Acocks green branch on 5.10.21 was supposed to open at 9am still standing outside in a queue with shutters down at 09:25 and still waiting. No sign on the window/ door informing us as to why not opened. Extremely poor customer service. This poor customer service seems to be endemic in every sector these days. Smh

        They open whenever they decide, been twice rejected to exchange money and it's not an early morning. Disappointing, this place need a manager and clear information about their opening time.

        2 recorded deliveries signed for 1st class in last 3 weeks from this post office have not been updated so seems gone missing.1 week old and 3 weeks old deliveries. never had issues before elsewhere just this post office post is going walkies!
