Castle Vale Post Office

The rest of the staff in the post office here, do a fantastic job, but the post mistress continually tries to rip you off by trying to charge you for higher postage than you need. I recently posted a package, which I checked before I got to the counter, and it was clearly standard letter. I posted the same package while being served by the post mistress but, even though it was obvious that it was a standard package, she charged me large letter. when I questioned what she was doing and stated that I had sent the same package by standard mail previously, she said it wouldn't go standard and, basically, forced me to pay the extra postage for large letter. It may only be a few pence extra, but that isn't the point. I don't like people ripping me of! Anyway, be VERY careful when/if you have to use this post office.

I deposited some money today into a bank account, as I have done many times before, without a problem. It invloves many coins, which I carefully seperate into separate cash bags, mainly to assist the Post Office staff. Today I was roundly told of not having the bags fiiled to the recommended amount, printed on the bag. The man was unnecessarily rude and hostile. I don't think there is any need for this. Postmaster/mistress please enlighten your staff to the regular use of "please" and "thank you".

I am ebay seller .I send about 40 parcels a day from this post office .before I sent parcels from other post office but this one is near from us this is why I choose this one .By using this post office for 2 weeks ,We have about 20% customer complaints items didn't received .But other post office only about 0.5 % . This problem is very serious .I leave a review here is hope the owner to know the staffs work issues .
