Dennis Plumbing and Heating

At first I was happy with past jobs I had requested being done and had no issues. But this situation has completely put me off having Julian Dennis do work for me and the family ever again. Me and my partner have been without heating and hot water for a week now, Julian saw the boiler on the Sunday and said it needed a piece which had ordered and stated he would be back Thursday. On Thursday, I had to text him to find out if he was still doing the job which he than cancelled in text message, which than got put back to Saturday. I was happy that it was just getting done. I than phoned him the following Saturday to than find out he was a still coming to do the job. Rather than him giving me the heads up. Very brief Message to say sorry will have to reschedulenothing more. Didnt clarify as to when and than after so many messages off me, told me he would not be able to do anymore work as he was on holiday for a week and wont be available till the following Saturday which would give us another week of not having any hot water or heating. Thankgod we dont have young children but Im now having to go else where to have a shower and use electric heater In order to heat the place up. We are the position of moving as well and already been put under a lot of stress. Im angry as I paid him 120 and not sure what that was for. I think the lack of communication and keeping us informed would of been so much better but he just decided not to bother. I wouldnt ever have his services again due to this. I feel like Ive been ripped off and messed about. Service: Water heater repair
