Very disappointed by the service we got from SW Mills and I would recommend going elsewhere. Positives were Steve turned up on time and was mostly OK to deal with. The tiler also did a good job. Negatives are the work was shoddy and left us out of pocket for the problems left behind. These include not nailing down the boards properly before lino was fitted by another company. Not fitting the bath panel properly meaning water got in and needs to be replaced. But worst of all leaving a slow leak. See pics of downstairs beneath bathroom. I was not present when Steve came back to fix the leak. I have no confidence he did this properly. What he didn't do is fix the damage he created. As someone who runs a business this tells you what you need to know.
