Living in Scotland I needed to remotely organise a replacement boiler for my elderly fathers house, whose boiler had broken. Found him on google, gave him a call. He came across as very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was organised over the phone. When I arrived in Birmingham, removal and disposal of the old boiler and instillation of the new was installed within a matter of hours, at a very competitive rate. Would definitely use again.
