        Called the main number and spoke to an extremely rude lady. After asking her a question she hung up the phone, I called back to ask why she had put then phone down and she done it AGAIN! I don't know how this company gets any business with a woman that rude answering their calls.

        Our appointment was for 8am in the morning but I received a call from plumber John about 5 minutes after speaking to head office saying that he could pop round to look at the problem and give me a free quote. Not only did he turn up less than 10 minutes later, but also managed to fix the broken sistern in less than 5 minutes. Great service, great guy and highly recommended. Service: Toilet repair
