New Manhole cover needed on driveway to replace cracked one. Brilliant job done workmen very pleasant and helpful and office staff very helpful. Finished job and left everything very tidy and clean. Would definitely recommend. (Staffordshire)

Excellent service from Lee at the weekend. He quickly stopped a leak and returned on the Monday to repair the toilet cistern. Thank you.

Visit one was misleading. Visit two from a lovely young chap (yellow beanie hat) who diagnosed the problem straight away, provided a temporary fix until a plumber can attend to fix the work which wasnt completed properly 7 years ago. So grateful. Thank you

COWBOYS booked for 19.00 arrived 22.45. Took one look at the drain and "na not my job" and gone. Fitter was far to clean and tidy for a plumber. Just in it for the call out fees. Never again will they come to my home. Bloody useless.

Awful company. Left me with no running water for 7 days after working on a neighbours property. Also another neighbour who was disabled was affected by this. Company didnt even advise any of the properties they were turning off our water as required as it is a shared pipe. Awful customer service, when I rang to inform them of the issue they claimed to never have touched our water, despite it being on a shared waterline. Rude, dismissive and argumentative. I would avoid like the plague. Seven Trent water, ANSA and the plumber all concluded that it was the fault of Birmingham drainage services. I Had to call out my own plumber to fix the issue as this company just blocked my number and refused to deal with it, even shouting at me down the phone.
