Pizza was delicious but absolutely poor customer service. Very rude person on the phone. I ordered from UberEats but was unable to track the order because caspian had their own workers delivering. Got a random phone call being told the delivery was outside but when I stood outside nobody was there. I then proceeded to call the restaurant since there was no answer from the number that just called me. When I called the restaurant I was met with such attitude the guy responded just call the number init dont call me despite explaining that I couldnt get thru to the number. I then waited for an extra five mins at my door waiting for the other delivery to turn up. Turns out he was at the wrong address the whole time. Such a shame that poor communication and lack of respect from the staff at caspian has led me to write a poor review. Please work on your customer it makes a whale of a difference.

Ordered for delivery. Firstly, the driver who works for capital couldnt find the address (never had this issue with a delivery before). To make it worse, there was a small chicken bone in the pizza. Luckily it was picked up by myself and not by my toddler. Wont be ordering from here again.
