first time visiting pizza express and will never go again. I decided to take my sister out for dinner and the whole experience was terrible. Staff basically treated us as though we were invisible. The place was pretty much empty and yet the customer service was diabolical. A very rude waitress by the name of shameela was asked to take our order by her colleague, to which she replied one sec and proceeded to the lavatory instead, she didnt even look at us. once she eventually turned up, she took our order and evidently ended her shift. After 40 minutes of waiting we discovered shameela didnt bother pass on our order to kitchen staff, so we were sat there for almost an hour with not one member of staff asking if everything was ok. Staff gave a 50% discount however i actually left still reallt angry. will never step foot back in there again. food was horrendous, cold and tasteless, dont bother waste your time or money.
