We saw Jamie for my teenage sons painful knee and wrist from over use during a growth spurt which was preventing him playing hockey . He developed a fantastic package of exercises and adapted these through his sessions, even when my son then broke his foot. The exercise programs were engaging and we could see the progress building strength and reducing pain . Jamie was friendly and reliable and all exercises were clearly explained and practiced to ensure correct technique . This was supported at home through an online app . Thanks Jamie for all your help.
