One of the best Physios Ive ever been to. Alex has been brilliant and professional. Would highly recommend both for injury rehab and strengthening.

I went to see Alex initially after referral from Anna Fooks with an injured shoulder plus a recently operated on broken and dislocated wrist. I had no feeling in my thumb or palm after surgery and was told by my consultant that it might never return. Alex was a revelation! Working on both my shoulder and wrist. I now have full feeling in my thumb/palm and my shoulder is working perfectly. I had hip surgery last year and worked with Alex (and Anna Fooks at Achieve, Moseley) up to and after the surgery, I believe this is why my recovery was excellent, I was able to walk into see my Consultant without crutches 6 weeks after. Ive recommended Alex to all of my friends with injuries and they say the same, she is truly wonderful.

I cant recommend Alex from Achieve enough. Shes putting me back together but by bit and Im making so much progress. Thanks Alex

I have been seeing Alex since around July 2022. Despite my own anxiety and lack of faith in my body after multiple injuries during 2022 as well as a diagnosis of hyperthyroidism, Alex was undeterred and absolutely determined to get me back to strength again. Alex is very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does, which helps with motivation when the pain of an injury is getting you down. I would highly recommend her! If you want to tackle a goal or get back from injury, go to Alex!
