Disgusted by the service, booked a photo shoot as a gift and they cancelled the day before by leaving a message on my phone! Rang them straight back and no reply. You can never get through to GLOW on their phone lines, couldn't leave a message to ask them to back to us because their inbox was full, and have been waiting a month for them to contact me after sending them an email!! Left a deposit to secure a booking and only been getting messed around ever since! DO NOT USE GLOW

i had worst experience ever, in fact i didn't even get to have the makeover but i was charged 120 for a non refundable deposit, i turned up but the pace was closed , i called several times. In the end, i was charged and accused of not turning up.

BEWARE!!! If you do not buy pictures they do not refund your deposit. Go elsewhere.

My Partner and I came for a couples experience. The day was ok but then we didnt order any photos we had the one free a4 photo. We paid 7 for the postage of the photo and were told it would come in a hard envelope and wou;d be sent recorded and it would take up to 7 weeks it then took 11 weeks. We were also told that the deposit would be returmed to our account in 30 days and it took 76 days. I phoned them over several occasions and was told 3 times that the money had been processed and would take 3-5 days and the photo was on the way. I would never use this company again very bad after care i had to get really funny to get the deposit back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
