Rewind Memories

I dont think they even deserve a 1 star. First of all you get ignored as soon as the money has been taken then we got the pictures and video 9 months later and they werent very good but we didnt want to go back with the edits because it would take another year. Its been 1 year now and were still waiting for the USB stick with all of the pictures and video on it.

They were amazing from the first day we spoke about the wedding until we received the final movie and pictures. We trusted them and every detail was captured perfectly. We was kept involved during the whole process from choosing songs to every little touch. Professionalism from the team was praised by everyone and how comfortable they made everyone feel. They have directed us trough out the whole 3 events. 10000% recommend them, looking forward for the Rewind team to capture my sisters wedding next year :)

Sadly Rashal from Rewind Memories will only get 1 star from us. He has not completed the work and not provided the complete work since his team worked for our function back in Nov 2021. 14 months later we are still waiting for our final trailer. despite of several hundreds of reminders he has failed to deliver. They insist on paying in advance of function and not deliver what they promise. Extremely disappointed. we will never hire or recommend them to anyone else. Its been so long that I even had to remind myself their name to leave this review.

Rewind Memories is our go to Photography company and we have used them for family weddings since 2018. Raz first covered my sisters wedding back in 2018 and he did such an amazing job that I could not think to go with anyone else when it came to my own wedding, and in fact extended family have also done the same. Raz is such a down to earth person and really easy to work with and he is pretty much like family now as he has covered 5 family weddings! He can even coordinate your wedding event for you and the best thing is he is very friendly and approachable. He really knows how to capture the right moments and your right angles.
