Curious Rose Photography

I met Laura back in 2018 when she was the photographer at my best friend's wedding, and even then, before I was engaged, I knew I wanted her to be my future photographer. Fast forward to 2022, and my wish came true! Laura takes really beautiful photos that capture the moment perfectly. Nothing staged, or too posed (which I hate!). For someone who does not enjoy having her picture taken, Laura really puts me at ease, and was a joy to have there as part of my wedding day.

The mark of a good wedding photographer is to be invisible and capture the day in all its forms and celebrations and the atmosphere of a gathering of friends and relatives. Laura is my number 1 absolute favourite photographer. She has an amazingly calm but gently sparky presence - always puts you at ease but also still manages to coax out the best shots! She is always super engaged and works hard to identify what the "direction" is, in order to work out what story we want to tell. Couldn't really recommend her highly enough

We had an absolutely brilliant experience with Laura! From the 'third-wheeling' shoot to the wedding day, we were put at complete ease throughout the whole experience. Laura was really attentive throughout the whole process, from booking right through to photo delivery, and nothing was too much trouble. Lauras candid, documentary-style photography really captured the joy and emotion of our big day. She blended in with our friends and family seamlessly, and captured all those little moments that brought the memories flooding back. Well cherish the photos for years to come. Laura will make you feel completely at ease, regardless of how camera shy you think you may be - with Laura there, you will forget it all. Top class photographer, book her, you wont regret it!

We found Laura through a recommendation and can't speak highly enough of her. She captured our relaxed, informal celebrations with care & attention to detail and taken some beautiful images that we're so pleased with. She blended into the background and was a pleasure to work with throughout. The sneak peek images within a day or so were a lovely surprise on honeymoon and we've now got the task of selecting our favourites from a huge batch of great ones that she delivered inside the scheduled time.
