Spoken today by phone and was given time to explain about my problem with my shedding machine. The person was very helpful and gave me a great tip to see if the problem I encountered could be solved. I write this before trying out his suggestion but just wanted to post this as I thought how good it was that he showed such concern and genuine attitude in helping me!
