On my first visit I was using the print machine and mid way through my order so headed over my payment.
On my second visit I was in the que and had to witness a lady breakdown in tears as she was humiliated for being late for an 11 photo session, by 10mins. The lady actually said she early because the time she book was 11.30.
Mine was a general walk in issues, I had been at the shop at 11 that day and there was actually a be back in 10mins sign posted on the inside of the door, so the shop was closed.
Having witnessed this rudeness again, I chose to take my business to the photo shop further down the Hi st.
