LATE NIGHT PHARMACY AND OPTICIANS

I travelled 19 miles to get my daughter medication and there didn't havr that one so there got it changed so quick and was so friendly the gentleman name was mohmmed can't thank him enough perfect customer service

I took my son to the Badger clinic & was advised that the Dudley Road Late Night Pharmacy was the only pharmacy open in Birmingham at that particular time as it was late at night on a bank holiday. On arriving the medication I needed for my son wasnt available. However, instead of just sending me away Mohammed took the time to contact the Badger Clinic and ask them to consider changing the prescription for an alternative antibiotic which he did have available and which he assured me was an equivalent product. At this point it was after 9pm, his store was busy but he was still happy to help my son who had a nasty case of infected tonsillitis and was suffering and really needed medication to treat him asap. I was very impressed with the service we received. He was kind, compassionate and went above and beyond to help my son. Id highly recommend this pharmacy
