never had a problem with this chemist- slight glitches or the odd mistake can happen- we are all only human- i did prefer this place when it was dranes independent chemist as i know that when a larger concern takes over (buys out) the personal touch often disappears- however the people involved in this particular outlet are adequate and always polite on the phone unlike a lot of others who just seem to want to hang up- however i have had many problems with the pan pharmacy at the radleys and have avoided that place for years due to rotten attitudes and a couldn't care less attitude- in fact i had not been in there for about 5 years but then my neighbour who has now unfortunately passed on asked me if i would go there and get a faulty inhaler changed- well i did not want to go in there as there was one particular woman who had worked there for years who had a really rotten attitude but i agreed as i am always here for my neighbours- however the same character was still there and yes she was the one who was supposedly serving me- well she totally refused to change the inhaler- in fact she stood there arguing with me that the inhaler was working ok and she would not change it leaving my neighbour to have to do without till her doctor made out another prescription- needless to say i have never been in there since and never will- also other chemists in the area have told me that they have people saying exactly the same thing and how they now use other chemists in the area to avoid going in pans at the radleys- in comparison pans on garretts green lane is a delight- i my self go out of my way to use the one at garretts green lane which is further away and in the opposite direction to the radleys pan pharmacy- so yes i will give full stars to the garretts green branch - i notice more than one person has commented on their prescription being stamped before a check is made on stock > well i would just like to say that this practice may not be a decision of the local pharmacy but from higher up the pan hierarchy - however as another reviewer states that you can still take your prescription elsewhere........
