        Not very informative, really with issue of dog on medication come back after thing has cleared upon pet

        Barely took anything of my cocker spaniel but still changed the full price, was not what I asked for. And since going for his groom he is matting more on his ears and won't let anyone touch them which is unusual for him and appears scared when you want to brush him. Not sure what happened at his groom.

        They answered the phone and put it down without saying anything I called back and was sent to a voicemail directing me to book online (which makes me think they hung up the first call to make a call themselves). Trying to book online directs me to call them so they send you round in circles. My custom went elsewhere! *Edit I actually tried them again, could never get through by phone, booked online, had to go through customer service to pay deposit as they never answered the phone again. Turned up to appt to be told they couldnt do it, short staffed and the lady needed a break, they couldnt make a phone call to say so either to save us the travel cost and stress. 100% would not go near them again. Management are a joke, couldnt have made the calls themselves to save their customers the journey and kept repeating lies at me.
