Great company ! 5 The guys are very professional and polite. Couldn't of asked for a better team to come out to my home, very knowledgeable didn't mind me asking 100s of questions they answered all of them,it's very rare to find a company that takes time and care very thorough and courteous proper gents. I think its Dan I've dealt with the most and I honestly cannot fault him.. top man. Will be sure to recommend to everyone Thanks lads ! Service: Rodent extermination

This company is highly unprofessional, disrespectful and lack common decency. Yesterday, they turned up to my home unannounced and opened my front door while I was nude which caused me to have a panic attack having two strange men unexpectedly open my studio flat door while I was undressed. They ignored my attempt to arrange an appointment a month ago, when I gave them my availability they responded that they would confirm a date by the following monday but did not then lied to my letting agency about it saying it was the inverse and that I ignored their attempt to arrange an appointment as if I can't just show my letting agency the email correspondence. It took two years before they agreed to do mouseproofing eventhough mice were entering my home the entire time and often ignored their bait. They only did it after I sent an email with video evidence of a mouse running around in my flat, before then they accused me of making up seeing mice in my home because the mice ignored their bait. They refused to arrange an appointment and felt entitled to turn up whenever they felt like it and then stated I "missed the appointment" that was never arranged when they turned up without my knowledge while I was at work or "refused them access" when they turned up unannounced, after getting the keys from my letting agency behind my back, and opened my door and I rightfully was not comfortable letting two strange men into my home when I had quickly covered myself in a towel and am a young woman living alone. Their conduct is despicable and they have no respect for young women. ETA: It further exemplfies your character to continue to lie publically after such a violation while you have ignored my complaint privately. I have the email correspondences, the calls with my letting agency made immediately after you opened my door, witnesses to my panic attack and the signed and dated note you left under my door yesterday after I rightfully told you to leave which proves you turned up unannounced as you did not contact me prior to turning up and opening my door. None of what you did and continue to do is an acceptable form of conduct. ETAA: stop that pest ltd should not have aquired the keys to my studio without my permission or knowledge, turned up unannounced and unlocked and opened my studio door. My letting agency confirmed that stop that pest ltd have returned the keys to my studio and I have told them not give them to stop that pest ltd again. This is a violation and an honest review detailing this wrongdoing is not an attack or slander. As I told you last night, there would be no negative review if stop that pest ltd did not choose to do this. I do not appreciate your evasions, lies and embellishments and to treat me in this manner after stop that pest ltd's actions has caused and is still causing me extreme anxiety and distress is horrendous. I have screenshots of you repeatedly insulting me last night and saying "If I say sorry its to appease you." so to say you wouldn't personally attack someone is a blatant lie and to say I should accept an apology that was never given and if so would be inauthentic is disingenuous.
