    Huge thanks to PRGRS Fitness! The progress I've made with James as my PT over the past 6 months is astonishing. I started with 2 sessions per week but then increased it to 3 after noticing my body slowly transforming. It became quite addictive. I couldn't ask for a better PT. It's always results driven - using proven methods that helped improve my confidence and transform my body - giving me that competitive edge I didn't know I had. Every session was meticulously planned and fully explained to make sure I was steadily progressing to my desired goal. Highly recommended!

    I have trained for 2 years prior joining Prgrs Fitness, in these two years I thought I was able to build a solid foundation for myself however the progress I saw in that 2 years was nothing compared to my time working with Prgrs Fitness in only 6 months. James helped me push past my threshold and achieve a level of fitness I have always wanted to attain. He was able to form a training routine that fit to my personal needs, I was able to get stronger and fitter while keeping the training fresh and exciting (as I get bored very easily). Admittedly my fitness goals were two folds. 1. I wanted to get stronger. With the support and the tools James has given me, I am able to consistently improve on myself and see the results with every lift I perform. 2. I wanted to look amazing naked. And believe me after those 6 months, I look AMAZING naked. I highly recommend training with Prgrs Fitness, they have helped me become stronger and build my confidence in ways I have never seen before, I owe it all to them.
