I have been working with Marcus for over 4 years now. He has really helped me build up my strength and improve my cardiovascular fitness. Marcus has worked with me to develop a style of training which I enjoy, but one which helps me reach my goals. He never fails to keep me motivated and our sessions are always varied and great fun. I couldnt recommend Marcus enough!!

Great experience with Alsop Fitness! Marcus tailored my workouts to exactly what I needed. He taught me new exercises that improved my workouts and helped achieve my fitness goals. The gym is very well equipped, clean and tidy and with great accessibility and parking. Would definitely recommend!
