A friendly and welcoming person centred Personal Trainer. My confidence has grown massively over the past 6 months since training with Lloyd. Not just in personal training sessions but also independently at the gym. Lloyd is profressional, patient and caters to your own specific health goals with expertise developed over a number of years. I now dont dread going into a gym! Based in Digbeth so easily accessible in Birmingham.

I have been training with Lloyd for the last 8 months and I can honestly say this is the most body confident I've ever been in my life! Not only do I love my body but I feel fit and strong too. Lloyd tailors his plans to suit your body needs, goals, strengths/weaknesses and injuries/health problems. I hated lifting weights before Lloyd started training me, but now I love it and it has sculpted my body better than anything I've ever done in the past. His personal training plans use varied methods including weight lifting, interval training and specific exercises to help you reach your goals, and he changes things up to make it interesting. His approach is professional, focused, friendly and down to Earth. But don't let that fool you because trust me he gets you to workkk! (death bike haha). Lloyd gets you to think about your overall wellbeing too, has great tips for healthy eating and encourages you to listen to your body which is vitally important. I'd recommend Lloyd to anyone looking for a personal trainer and to take their body goals to the next level :)
