    Kate has been an amazing PT for me. Carefully planned sessions, adapted to my back issues, with challenge and variety. Kates sessions are varied, challenging and carefully planned according to your goals. Kate also helped with a diet plan for me to support my goal of building strength and stamina as well as shedding some excess weight. Love the variety in each class and Kate always brings positivity and support to get you through each session feeling stronger and fitter by the end. Highly recommend

    I've recently finished having some PT sessions with Katie at Kiltr Fitness and I honestly could not recommend her enough. She has the balance of pushing you to reach your potential but knowing when you've given as much as you can give. She has helped me build up my confidence in the gym and is so supportive. I know feel like I have so much more knowledge and can use areas of the gym I used to be afraid to use. Thank you Katie!

    When I first met Katie last April I went to her scared and nervous to even be in a gym, I was in daily pain from scoliosis and had a weak core due to ab separation from childbirth. In the 8 months seeing Katie every week so much has changed! I'm confident in the gym, not only with myself but with the equipment. I've lost a stone in fat, gained muscle and closed the gap in my abdominal muscles. Katie taught me the correct ways to lift and how to safely strengthen my back and core.Within 6 weeks of starting with Katie I no longer had to take daily painkillers for my scoliosis. I cannot recommend Katie enough, an absolute gem, not just as a P.T but as a person. She has given me all the tools I need to be able to continue my training and is always at the other end of a text message to advise and encourage. Thank you Katie

    I have used Katie as a personal trainer for 3 months to help me lose fat, tone up, and get me in a good routine to help build my motivation to exercise. Katies sessions were a really good mix of weight lifting and circuits, which were varied and challenging, and I have seen really good progress with my strength. Would definitely recommend
