I approached Lewis after having several abdominal surgeries that had left me feeling I had no strength or fitness or balance even. He was really positive that he could help me regain some of that back, and after 10 sessions in his mini-gym, tailored heavily to my needs and weaknesses (and without much training outside of that - oops!), I cant believe how much stronger and fitter I feel, and it shows. Ive signed up to another 10 sessions because I now believe that I can actually be stronger than I was before my surgeries! Im so pleased with the progress and results, and really surprised at how little time it actually took, I can thoroughly recommend Lewis at CoreFitness, its been so much more effective for me than any exercise Ive done before.
