I was quite apprehensive about starting PT sessions as Ive never really enjoyed doing circuit classes or anything similar to that and preferred more dance related classes. However Im so glad I decided to go for it and start sessions with Ash. I absolutely love the variety of the sessions, how much Ive learned, but mostly how Ive finally experienced getting that endorphin rush from exercise where it truly works your body properly. Ash is so lovely and friendly and Id recommend him to absolutely anyone.

I would definitely recommend Ash as a personal trainer. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise regarding fitness, exercise and nutrition. His patience , understanding and friendly approach put me at ease and he clearly puts a lot of effort in to tailoring workouts according to specific needs. I am recovering from a leg injury and have some ongoing health issues, Ash has been very helpful and reassuring and is helping me regain my confidence and rebuild my fitness levels.

Around two years since my final session with Ash and Im still doing regular exercise every week. This is definitely thanks to Ash and his support as Ive never been able to stick to a training routine before, despite trying many times. Ash helped me to view exercise differently and talked of the many actual benefits beyond the often unattainable six pack abs. He also made our sessions fun, interesting, instructional and always to the intensity level that I requested. I still use many of the ideas that Ash introduced and still find them beneficial. On top of that hes a great guy.

I cannot recommend Optimal Personal Training enough. Before I met Ash he asked about my goals so he could tailor my consultation appropriately.....I asked for a magic wand! "For the first time in my life to get fit; lose weight; tone up; feel healthier and happier and have more energy physically and mentally". Too much to ask I said.....Ash said immediately all was possible. 6 weeks later I can confirm he was right. I have lost weight but that's not what I'm really grateful for, I am fitter (although still can't cope with Burpees!!!), I am more toned, I feel healthier, happier and have more energy mentally and physically. A long way to go, and it isn't easy but Ash makes it easier and possible. Wish I'd started sooner and would recommend to all my closest friends. Also to add, better than a gym membership as this actually happens, more intense and more personal to your needs. If you're thinking about it, go for it, you won't regret it, it can only bring positives.

100% recommend Optimal Personal Training. I took up Ash on an online training session and it was honestly a great experience. It was definitely a great and informative workout with alot of exercises and techniques I could take away! I really enjoy working with Ash, great guy with a great deal of knowledge. My session was specifically designed around key areas I wanted to work on and adapted around me while I performed the exercises.
