I have been training with Ed for over a year, he has a good understanding of what I wanted to achieve. Ed is encouraging and enthusiastic and enjoys helping others achieve their goals. Due to my working schedule being so up and down with long hours, Ed always found the Time to fit me in around my schedule. I would 100% recommend Ed for training.

Eds personal fitness sessions are really motivating and fun, lots of variety - I have been training for three months, my stamina has massively improved and I can manage 10 press ups - never been able to do these before! I highly recommend one to one training - Ed is really professional and reasonably priced - I have set new goals and feel physically and mentally better after lockdown

Ed is a knowledgeable and experienced PT. He immediately puts you at ease in the sessions and makes you feel comfortable. Ed is great at motivating and encouraging clients and has great advice about nutrition and diets as well as the right exercises for you and your goals. He begins with a thorough chat to get to know you and understand what you want to achieve, and helps you setup Fitness Pal and track your calories, if thats what you want! Ed is flexible and accommodating and builds all the sessions around you. As a single mom who works full time and looks after my 6 month old son I couldnt be happier with Eds training sessions! I honestly thought I hated exercise but my experience with Ed has shown me another approach and Ive been surprised by how much I get out it. Losing weight after having a baby is hard, but definitely possible with Eds help. Would highly recommend.
