BFAST is simply the Best. I have been training with Jamie and Sophie for a few months now and have seen positive results in my posture, strength and overall fitness. The early morning sessions give me that buzz that see me through the rest of the day. Tried using normal gyms and personal trainers before and it didn't work for me. I had no motivation at the gyms and the PT sessions once a week were not getting results. At BFAST they have got the balance of gym and PT just right. Don't delay sign up today!!!!
