I have had many personal trainers over the years, but Andor has been one of the most accommodating and motivating. I really enjoyed his workouts and he has catered to my individual needs, as I am joining the army I wanted to increase my fitness levels. Andor has pushed me to reach my goals and I have already seen a huge difference. He is also kind as well as understanding especially around my busy schedule. I highly recommend Andor!

I've been training with Andor for around 1.5 months and it's been a very helpful time for me. He's a great person and has helped me with my gym routine a lot. His app is very useful during the 6 week plan I am signed for, every session is different and always fun. I recommend Andor as a PT to everyone who wants to change their lifestyle for better!

Ive been training with Andor for 5 weeks (and I still do), the sessions were really helpful, and he also provided me nutrition advices which helped me recover after the sessions also improve my eating habits.

Prior to choosing a PT I went to the gym on my own on a few occasions, and I did not consider myself a novice and was used to training with friends who lived and breathed the gym. Having moved away from home, I lacked motivation to go to the gym and often found myself not pushing myself, giving up and knew my technique on some exercises was terrible - worst of all was my diet. On the few occasions I went to the gym and was looking for a PT, I had observed others focusing more on their phone than their client, engaging with females who were working out (not their clients), throwing and kicking foam rollers. Then there was Andor, focusing on his client and encouraging them. Whilst training with Andor, I have made progress towards my goal and he provides advice and works around my busy work schedule. When I began to get bogged down with work and could not make agreed sessions, Andor was happy to rearrange the sessions. Overall, Andor has made working out enjoyable, improved my diet, my overall fitness and strength.
