I worked with Soph for just over 20 months before I moved away from the area. During those 20 months my confidence in both the gym and myself grew massively. I was so happy with the progress I made with Soph. She was always on hand on WhatsApp for any questions and plans were regularly updated and the weekly check ins allowed for any issues or problems to be discussed. I would highly recommend Sophie to everyone

Sophies friendly approach is what drew me to her, I wanted a female trainer and she was so personable and I knew that this would reflect in the sessions too. I wanted a trainer because I was bored of the treadmill and not feeling confident to pick up weights and Sophie helped me to overcome this. Shes incredibly caring and thoughtful (particularly when I was going through so rubbish periods last year!) but she also knows her stuff! Im glad I chose her to be my trainer and gained some good knowledge on areas which I had no clue about previously. Thanks Sophie!

Really enjoyed training with Sophie! She was really good at explaining new exercises and providing different techniques to help me do them effectively. Loved her attitude towards diet and nutrition, she really took the time to understand what I like and provide useful tips and recipes to build on that, especially helpful being vegan.

Soph was fantastic! She really takes the time to find out what is right for you and helped me smash my own goals! Nothing is too much trouble, and Soph was always happy to answer any questions at any time! She really helped with not just with the training but with all other aspects of leading a healthy lifestyle! I couldnt be more grateful for the help that she gave me!

Sophie is a great PT. As well as supporting me in 1-1 workout sessions she created personalised sessions for me to complete on my own, and showed me how to use pieces of gym equipment Id never even looked at. She helped me improve my diet with little tweaks here and there and meal ideas so it didnt feel like a massive overhaul, and equipped me with knowledge about nutrition so I could apply it myself when not with her. Sophie checks in weekly which is so helpful and keeps you accountable. She listens and applies feedback for any questions you have or new things you want to try. She also measured my progress not just in weight but with measurements and pictures too which was so useful. Overall, Sophie helped me to increase my confidence in using different gym equipment and boosted my knowledge on nutrition to better support my fitness and health goals. Would definately recommend!
