The Fragrance Shop

These guys are a joke. Bought a perfume the guy did the whole transaction and told me he added a free membership worth "15" to my order without asking me. Said it like he did me a favour. Had to return the unopened perfume the next day due to allergy issues. They didn't want to refund because the membership they added is non refundable. They really think their slick. Desperate for sales and no ethics.

Wish I could give zero stars. The worst retail for ordering perfume, poor customer service, they also refuse to answer their phone, and a very basic range of items. Stick to the perfume shop if customer service is important. Shopping with the fragrance shop has been the biggest regret!

Great customer service, best one I've seen so far. The people working there are friendly and experienced, always are happy to help out finding the best fragrance for you.

Bad customer service the staff didnt give a respect they kept talking about their personal conversation I was standing there waiting for them to finish and didnt even blink kept talk . . .

I went to the fragrance shop at one stop and had a terrible experience. There were 2 members of staff talking to eachother, I had to wait for quite some time before they decided to help. I enquired about some perfumes the lady was so unhelpful. She just gave a tester then went back to her conversation with her colleague. I then asked about another perfume she just blurted out "oh that's really expensive." I didn't even ask the price I just wanted to smell it. I left that store went to superdrug and spent 200 on 2 perfumes. Fragrance shop anywhere else have always been helpful but the in one stop not so helpful. Left feeling depressed for being judged.
