The Perfume Shop Birmingham Fort

not happy with the customer service with the Fort, Perfume Shop. Female staff are very rude, dont know how to even speak to a customer, let alone follow their guidelines. There is no reason to be harsh to any customer who is simply just wanting a service. Even with evidence, the lady kept saying I dont have to do anything, Im not doing it for you, which I find just unacceptable. Wont be returning

If you are going to go to the perfume shop, avoid the one in the fort by any means. Most of the staff are rude, they do not understand the basic company policies which every other shop follows. They seem very discriminative and seem to pick and chose which rules they can use on which customers. Its seems as if there is anyone from a minority background they will be judged as if they are there to steal, not buy anything etc. They cannot follow the basic rules which every other shop and the company follows such as exchanging a faulty item, being told the it is up to the stores discretion if they are to offer a refund or exchange. No mention of this on the companys website and when speaking to a customer service agent on the phone, they also advised the same thing that there is no such thing a store discretion. An absolute shambles of a shop and a disappointment to the perfume shop brand. This store needs closing down or a complete change of staff from the sales advisors to the store manager.

I had a really bad experience with this shop. The staff were so unfriendly, one girl in particular refused to serve me even though I came in multiple times and was following the companys policy on returns. It was so unacceptable and so unprofessional. I do not recommend this store at all.
