I have a complaint, cannot get through to customer service. Feel dampened and frustrated, but will try some more patience before I narrate it here. Long and short of it- A milestone date that will not recur was messed up!

I'm a regular customer of Patisserie Valerie. I bought a birthday cake for 14 people - it is embarrasing to put this on the table - it looks like for 4 people than 14 people. There is no number to call and ask any questions. You have totally destroyed my son's day - What am I now supposed to do - his birthday is on the 2nd

Absolutely garbage customer service, they send cakes too early, never answer the phone or take accountability. What a rubbish way to run a service led company in 2023

I ordered a red velvet cake for my sons 17th birthday. From ordering to delivery, everything went smoothly. I am extremely impressed with the packaging of the cake. This cake was OUTSTANDING ! Honestly, it's the best cake we have ever had. Why haven't I ordered from you before ? The cake was absolutely amazing and it was delicious Thank you to everyone involved. Recommended 100% *****

Worst experience & never buying a cake from them again, my wife birthday & the cake has been sent damaged, sent images & raise the issue but still no response, the service is awful!!
