Parked at the Brindley Place Q-Park car park as we were in Birmingham for a gig. As we attempted to leave the clutch on our car failed and we ended up stuck there over night, whilst waiting for a recovery truck. The attendant, Craig, was a big help and couldn't have been more generous in making sure we were okay, offering us food, hot drinks, access to toilets etc. And then helped us getting out of the carpark once the recovery truck had arrived. Went above and beyond to help us and it really made the difference in what was a very stressful night.

Perfect for easy access to the Symphony a Hall. Slightly high prices so if your not in a rush or spending a extended time it would be worth finding a cheaper alternative and doing the extra walk. Car park is clean and easy to use. You can tap at the barriers so dont need to wait for ticket machines. Good location but you pay the price for it
