JK Francis & Son Ltd provided us with a stellar service. We are based in NZ and procured some used machinery from the UK that required a robust, custom crate for seafreight export. They were extremely easy to deal with remotely via email and had good communication throughout the project. They also handled the delivery to our subcontracted machinery mover in a very short lead time. We are very pleased with their service and quality of workmanship.

We had an excellent experience with JK Francis and would highly recommend them! Nigel from the sales team helped us design custom packaging for road haulage; he was knowledgable, polite and enthusiastic. Everything was arranged on time and on budget. We would certainly use this firm again.
