So Ive had pains in my neck and shoulder for almost a month. Luckily I found Mark, the consultation was quick and easy, then he diagnosed what was causing my neck to tilt to the left (facet joint) Then we began with the treatment. Ive walked away with a lot more movement as well as knowledge in how to avoid certain injuries etc. Very happy with everything. Highly recommended!!

Sports massage: Helen is brilliant and very friendly. After just one session the tightness and pain I had my neck for several months is now gone. She identified several knots in my back and treated them. She also helped speed up the recovery of my knee injury I had caused by over use. Would definitely recommend

After suffering neck and shoulder pain went to see Mark Hutton, he is very professional and knowledgeable, he has been very patient, I was fed up with the pain, Mark quickly knew what to do and after a few weeks am now feeling much better.
