I have been coming here for years now and the service is so spot on and welcoming. The receptionist aswell as the orthodontists are really sweet . Would 100% recommend!!

I had an appointment on the 4th April at 3:50 as my actual time. They called saying they are short of staff and to try come in for 2 which i then responded would be fine. They then sent a message out saying that they have rescheduled my appointment to the 18th April. So i called because that wasn't convenient and i had already left to go to the dentist. They said if i arrived before 1:30 they'll see me. I got there at 1:20 and i was told that they had all left. I was extremely annoyed, angry because of this as well as the fact it was raining heavily and i had to catch public transport. I had wasted time by leaving which meant i had to make up the hour for nothing because the couldn't stay an extra 10 mins. I now have an appointment for the 18th but at a stupid time so i'm trying to contact them to change it for the past 3 days and they haven't picked up. i call them roughly 5 times a day and nothing. They are unreliable and honestly have wasted my time.
