Signature Orthodontics

I was so disappointed with this clinic. I know Dr. Preet from a friend saying he is very considerate and friendly so I went to the clinic for Invisalign consultation with good expectation and paid 95 directly for an initial assessment with Dr. Preet. At the day of the assessment, an assistant helps me to take picture first and then I meet dr. Preet. The whole meeting with dr. Preet last around 15min. He took some measurement with me and mentioned what he could do in rush, he didnt even ask me whats my concern or expectation on this orthodontic treatment, he didnt give much constructive advice but just some very general comment when I mentioned my concern, I couldnt feel much communication between me and him. Then he asked me to take x Ray and 3D scan with assistant. 3D scan was hard as they didnt manage to scan all of my tooth that I didnt encounter in others clinic before. The nurse who took X-ray for me is friendly, but after we finished the x Ray, Dr Preet disappeared already, he didnt explain anything about his quotation, just left a paper mentioning 5999 Invisalign- 12-18month on the table, I can feel the nurse tried her best to explain the package but obviously no one would know exactly what that 5999 includes such as treatment plan and method. The nurse says they will send me the quotation of fixed brace via email but I received nothing, I have to call the clinic and they sent me the x Ray record only. To conclude, I wont recommend this clinic, the initial assessment is so incomplete, Dr Preet didnt even read my x Ray record and no result is given from my 3D scan. The one star is for the friendly nurse Response to owner(24/1/2023): I did ask where is Dr Preet when I finished the x Ray and said I am so confused with the simply 5999 on paper as there is no elaboration. Plus its not the nurses fault, its mostly the doctors way of manner/ attitude treating client.

Just got my braces taken off and I honestly cannot say a single bad thing! Im no longer insecure about my smile, thanks to Signature Orthodontics! The whole process was great, better than expected. The practice is just brilliant! & the staff are even better. I most definitely would recommend this practice to everyone!

Ive been with signature orthodontics for over 2 years now and theyve been nothing but helpful and Im so grateful! The staff are absolutely lovely and their services are the best. I finally got my braces off today which Im super happy about and my whole journey has been perfect, thank you so much to everyone there!

Dr. Bhogal and the team at Signature Orthodontics have provided an exceptional service for my wife, for which I am incredibly grateful. The transformation between the beginning and end of her Invisalign journey is astounding, not only in terms of physical changes but also in her newfound confidence. Her smile has never been so big! I highly recommend anyone considering Invisalign to choose Signature Orthodontics.
