        I had recently been to a corporate optician. I felt rushed and pressured to buy glasses, but after being recommended to Adam and his team I will never go back to a supermarket practice. I was greeted warmly and offered a coffee (an absolute necessity in my life and also a rarity!) The lovely receptionist has a hidden barista talent for coffee.. xx I have never had my eyes so thoroughly examined with a full comprehensive explanation. I was given every opportunity to ask questions. The frame range was realistic in price.and you can easily go away with a few pairs. I am chuffed to bits to have found a hidden gem and will be returning (I live in Coventry!!) and taking my children. Thank guys...see you soon xxxxx

        Customer service and care excellent. Always has been for as long as I have been going there. Adam is just as caring and good as his job as his father was GOD BLESS HIS SOUL. I would highly recommend their services
