        Just cancelled tomorrow's eye test appointment after being called twice by this branch staff. Why they do this, I don't understand.I don't like to be harassed with questions, asked if I'll buy glasses off them or reminded I've had an eye test with them last year. Very poor customer service.

        Though all of Boots opticians that I have visited do a great service but the Northfield branch has poor customer service very unprofessional. No care ner respect was expressed. Total. Waste of time

        It was my first visit . I was pleasantly surprised with everybody . Everybody was so friendly like Bev, very professional, kind and caring .I forgot all their names but they all were so lovely ! The optometrist was so professional too , he took the time to explain everything and made me feel at ease . I would highly recommend this place . Also the place is very clean , all COVID guidelines were in place too . I will definitely make this place my eye care facility for the future
