Always a great experience at this opticians. All the staff are friendly and helpful. They have a variety of frames and options for you so would definitely recommend! My old optician was the best and the new ones they have in are great too. Thanks to all the team working here!

I had my diabetic screening appointment today, Kazim arranged everything, he has fantastic customer service a real gentleman. My optician who's name has escaped me was also wonderful. Whilst there I saw them patiently take an elderly couple through various options explaining things patiently, something often in short supply. I would recommend this opticians to anyone. Very very BAD EXPERIENCE. The receptionist, a middle aged lady is very unprofessional. She took the measurement of my glass, when I ordered almost one month back. When I went to collect the product from a long distance, as I got their message to collect my product twice, the glass was in a different shape and size! She asked for the measurement once again! And she told us to come on the next Saturday as her technician was only available till 10:00 am and if incase we miss the above-mentioned schedule, then we must go there on another Saturday! We cancelled all our plans of the day and went there once again. This time she couldn't take the measurement with their machine! We came back. Her behaviour was also very rude this time. Last time we went to get the product of 380 after 1 month, and the measurement was absolutely badly set and not as same as I ordered. We did not say anything about it, we just asked to check if the power of the glass was accurate or not (in most of the stores there's one machine with which the power can be instantly checked). At this point a middle aged one guy came shouting at us and refused to show the power before delivery. They dont know how to behave with the customers. Overpriced frame. We went 4 times and got a wrong shaped product. Total waste of time & money. I DO NOT recommend this place.
