        Unfortunately do not do eye testing on Saturdays and due to nature of building cannot get access with a pushchair which is the only option on a weekday so after 14 years have to go elsewhere which is a shame.

        Friendly and professional service. Eye test performed smoothly and everything was well explained to me. Bonus that the receptionists are always eager to help with choosing frames. Thank you :)

        Fails to provide prescriptions which he is legally obligated to provide. Fails to follow terms of his contract for NHS sight testing. Treats vulnerable customers appallingly when asked for prescriptions so specticals can be purchase elsewhere. Fails to respond to emails requesting copies of prescriptions. Rude, unethical and fails to uphold moral and legal obligations as a registered optician.
