Cannot fault any part of the service I received whatsoever! I requested a call back which I received the following day, then I was given a next day appointment. The Optician was exceptional, very considerate and thorough, and explained everything in detail. I felt very confident with how he performed my eye examination. When it came to choosing my frames, I returned to the reception area, and was initially directed to the free frames options. At no time did I feel pressured into purchasing more expensive frames, (which actually I did by choice, but at a ridiculously ow price.!) and the help and advice I received from the receptionist regarding my choice of frames was second to none. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, and I will certainly be returning to this practice for any future eye care. I would thoroughly recommend VisionSpecs as it provided me with a 5 service from beginning to end. There was also exceptional attention paid to safety with regard to covid. Definitely the best service I have ever received from an optician... HUGE thumbs-up! Thank you to all!
