I had a problem with my specs whilst visiting Birmingham on Saturday 22/04/23. As they were nearby I visited Eye Express at One Stop on Walsall Road and spoke to Arina. Despite my specs being from another opticians she was only too happy to help and sorted them out quickly and efficiently for me. Absolutely excellent service! If theyre that good with customers from their rivals, their service to their own customers must be fantastic. If I lived locally I would definitely be going back for my next check up and to buy my next glasses from them. Thank you Arina and Eye Express at One Stop, Birmingham.
