I'm not one for complaining but I have been messed up by this store lately so feel this needs to be highlighted. I received coflicting information from different members of staff and as a result having to visit the store 4 times instead of 2. Took my 6 year old's glasses to the store (broken frames), told my son needs to be present to ORDER the replacement frames, so was sent away. Couldn't understand why he was needed as no test or checks were ever done when we had broken glasses before, nevertheless I returned with my son few days later and when I asked why my son was needed, I was told by a member of staff seeing us that day that he didn't need to be there to order the frames but will need to be present when picking up the new glasses as they will need to be fitted. So not only I had to go back and forth, we lost few days while either I was at work or he was at school therefore unable to pop back to the store to order the glasses but what's most frustraining, he wasn't needed to order the replacemnt glasses in the first place! We received a text message advising us to call the number to book an appointment as my son's glasses were ready for collection. When called the number, I was told I didn't need an appointment and was advised to just pop into the store to collect the glasses. I arrived with my son at the store yesterday to collect his glasses. I was asked if I had an appointment. When I explained that I received the text and rang the number but was told to just turn up, I was informed that I needed an appointment and WILL NOT be seen that day. Once again sent away and facing yet more delay before my son gets his glasses. Frustrated and disappointed with the incompetency and lack of knowledge of the staff I had dealings with. This might be down to new starters or training issues but definitely needs looking into.

My new glasses where made wrong in December had to send them back, then they rang me to say why I hadn't pick them up when I questioned them about this no one new anything about sending them back had to go to shop 3 times eventually got my glasses back in 2 week of march not even a apology for the delay
