I have purchased 2 pairs of glasses last week and I can say that the staff working at the shop, were always very polite and helpful. They provided me with all the help I needed and made me understand all the different prices and options available for me. Staff demonstrates their professionalism and empathy with local and elderly customers, which shows that they care about the community. I received all the support needed and I'm really impressed by the customer service provided. Even before being a customer, Shanaan was the person who introduced me to all your products and services. I decided that it was time to update my eyewear as well as the prescription! After receiveing my glasses I can say that it exceeded my expectations !!! 5 Stars for Shanaan and for the other 2 colleagues working in the shop! Keep it like that !

I've been to differnt opticians over the many years and this has got to be one of my favourites. They are friendly, professional, and make you feel comfortable. They have a class A service and I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you so much for all your help. Keep up the amazing work!

The staff in this shop go above and beyond to look after you. My mom has been with them for years and is not able to get to the shop anymore but they are always on hand to do any repairs and replacements if needed- highly recommend this place. thanks guys for your care, help and support you are truly amazing.
