        Credit where credit is due these guys appear to run a tight ship, friendly efficient staff, knowledgeable and caring opticians, what more can you ask. Certainly better than the farcical fashion parade over at Chelmsley Wood. Definitely be returning here.

        I am very disappointed by the lack of professionalism shown in this Castle Vale mess. Today I had an eye appointment and as a contact lens wearer, I asked to be examined for reading glasses considering that I only wear them when reading and for the computer together with contact lenses. I was asked if I bought my actual contact lenses from specsaver and I said no. I was told that I cannot do a consultation if I do not have lenses purchased from this store. I asked for a consultation because I had it scheduled, strictly for eyeglasses. it was not possible. I wasted time, used petrol for car and was extremely disappointed with the customer service from this store.
